This information refers to Membership Purchases and Professional Learning ticket purchases.
Membership Purchases
Memberships for 1 x Teacher / Educator can be purchased at an annual rate of $39.00 AUD including GST. This amount is charged to the credit card supplied after a free 30 day period. After this, your Membership will be automatically renewed 12 months from your date of joining, unless you choose to cancel your Membership.
NEO-Learning does not offer Membership refunds for ‘change of mind’.
NEO-Learning does not offer partial refunds for cancellations within a one year period.
NEO-Learning may process a refund under exceptional circumstances, please email the team at neolearning@bighart.org. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or school bank account, if you paid by invoice, within a certain amount of days.
To complete any refunds, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Professional Learning Purchases
Tickets to Professional Learning events can be purchased by NEO-Learning members at a one-off rate per event. Details and costs for Professional Learning events can be found here.
NEO-Learning offers refunds for cancelled Professional Learning sessions up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Should you wish to cancel within 48 hours, NEO-Learning can offer a credit to be applied to an upcoming Professional Learning event.
