The information on this page is stated in regards to booking live delivered sessions, and online purchases of Professional Learning sessions.
Policy – Live Delivered Virtual Classrooms and Workshops
Booking requests for live delivered sessions are available to NEO-Learning members only and can be accessed via the Learning Portal.
When you request a booking for our live delivered NEO-Learning sessions, we will send you a follow up email or phone you to confirm the relevant booking details (available dates, times and equipment requirements).
We understand that miscommunications and changes in school timetables happen. Should you need to cancel / postpone your live delivered session, it is requested that you inform the NEO-Learning team with at least 48 hours notice and discuss re-scheduling.
NEO-Learning presenters reserve the right to cancel sessions for circumstances that are beyond their control. If this occurs NEO-Learning will contact the school as soon as possible and arrange for re-scheduling.
Policy – Professional Learning
Ticket purchases for Professional Learning sessions are available to members only, and are charged at a one off cost on top of your annual membership fee.
NEO-Learning requires 48 hours notice for refund of purchased tickets to Professional Learning sessions. Within 48 hours we request you email us at neolearning.bighart.org to discuss applying a credit to a future Professional Learning session.
At the conclusion of the program a letter of attendance will be emailed to the member email address. No Letter of Attendance will be provided for non-attendance.
Intellectual Property
Program content (digital content, activities, worksheets, slideshows, and material presented in online sessions) presented by NEO-Learning remains the intellectual property of NEO-Learning and the Roebourne Community.
